Advantages of Automated Retail Cash Systems

While consumer payments are changing, cash continues to flourish. However, there is a need to address some of inefficiencies in cash handling if cash is to thrive.

Research by PayComplete identified four areas where change is needed:

  • Cash security: When it comes to handling cash, when six people or more are involved security spending increases by over 380% to a median of over £400,000 per year.
  • Cash management costs: The costs of cash management were the third- biggest concern (27%) across the organisations surveyed.
